Mike Etuhoko
Executive Chair & Principal Faculty
Built on Lived Executive Accountability
Mike Etuhoko is the Founder and CEO of Protekz Institute and Protekz Inc. He brings more than three decades of global energy leadership across technical execution, well engineering and integrity, enterprise transformation, governance and leadership development.
His career was built in technically demanding, high-consequence environments where safety, integrity, production continuity and capital stewardship were inseparable from leadership effectiveness. He has led complex well engineering, completion, intervention and integrity programmes across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America, including HPHT, offshore and high-complexity asset environments.
He is a 2025–26 Society of Petroleum Engineers Distinguished Lecturer on transformational leadership and the energy transition. His work connects technical reality with leadership judgment, governance discipline and the institutional capability required to convert strategy into performance.
In parallel with the Institute, Mike advises CEOs, boards and executive teams through Protekz Inc. on decision quality, governance, enterprise value, transition complexity and responsible AI.
