KNOC experienced a critical production outage that resulted in the loss of more than nine months of gas production at 52 MMscfd. Strategic Approach

A comprehensive root-cause analysis identified technical and organizational failure points and exposed systemic weaknesses requiring correction. Working with KNOC leaders and executives, the team then developed a strategic restoration roadmap combining rapid-response protocols, optimized workflows and risk-controlled practices. Cross-functional leadership alignment created clearer ownership for recovery actions and supported a wider cultural reset around resilience. The final component focused on capability transfer: on-the-ground mentorship equipped KNOC personnel and local leaders with practical technical tools, decision frameworks and the knowledge required to sustain production performance beyond the immediate workover programme.
