Day 1 | Foundations, Well Construction & Materials
Well integrity lifecycle, well construction, tubing sizing, metallurgy, wellhead and Christmas tree selection, hydrate risk and project introduction.
Day 2 | Annular Pressure, MAASP & HPHT
Annular fluid expansion, annular pressure management, MAASP, MAWOP, operating thresholds and HPHT integrity challenges.
Day 3 | Safety Valves, Diagnostics & Flow Assurance
SCSSV principles and calculations, diagnostic and monitoring tools, corrosion evaluation and flow-assurance challenges.
Day 4 | WIMS, Barriers, Standards & Risk
ISO 16530, NORSOK D-010, API guidance, barrier philosophy, performance standards, operating limits, risk assessment, MOC, RACI, assurance and Bow-Tie analysis.
Day 5 | Operational WIMS & Lifecycle Assurance
Surveillance, suspended wells, annular pressure, corrosion and erosion monitoring, maintenance, failure prioritisation, reporting, periodic review and project presentations.

Michael Etuhoko brings more than 35 years of international experience across well engineering, completion, intervention, well integrity and asset stewardship.
His career includes senior technical and operational roles with TotalEnergies, Shell, KPO and HCML across HPHT, H₂S and CO₂ environments, complex wells and offshore and onshore operations.
